Roulette Strategies

No doubt about the fact that roulette is a game of luck. There is absolutely no logic that makes it possible to predict where the ball is going to land. But there are several strategies developed to improve your chances of success. Some players consider those strategies as rubbish, some players don’t play anymore without the use of one of those strategies. It is up to you to determine whether the following strategies work for you or not.

One of the oldest strategies and the most used system is the Martingale system. This system is based on a progressive function. You have to place your bets on red or black, odd or even. If you lose you double your bet for the next round. Eventually this will lead to the moment that a winning spin compensates all your losses. The only disadvantage about this system is that most of the casinos handle a betting limit. But even if they don’t handle a betting limit you need a lot of cash to compensate your losses if you make a lot of them.

Then there is the Fibonacci system. With this system you place your bets according to the numbers of the Fibonacci system. Those are zero, one, one, two, three, five, eight and thirteen. In the row of Fibonacci numbers every number is equal to the sum of the previous numbers. Before players start to use this strategy they should realize that there are no extra benefits. And the rate is equal to for example the continuous betting on black or red.

The combination system is basically a double Martingale system. This involves that you have place two bets on so called even money shots. For example black and odd. One has to realize that this has a huge impact on your play money. It is possible to win twice as fast but also to lose twice as fast.

The last strategy which is being described here is the Labouchere system. To start with this strategy you have to write down four random numbers. After doing this you have to add the two outer numbers and bet on their sum. If you lose you have to add that particular number to the end of your row. If you win you erase the outer numbers of your list and place your bet on the sum of the next two outer numbers.
